Joining the Skyline PTSA

Membership Form

New members can either join through the online application or by printing out the Membership Form and sending it in with a check for payment. You need not do both.

Matching Funds

If your company participates in a matching funds program please include the name of the company under “instructions to seller”. We have a volunteer who will work with your company for these matching funds.

Directories

If you are joining online please designate in the “instructions to seller” box which directories you would like–Skyline or PCFC. An individual membership entitles you to either a Skyline directory or a PCFC directory. A joint membership entitles you to two directories of any combination.
